Seafood Linguini
1 x 175g tub of
Amazing Chilli Crab with Chives & Red Pepper
500g Linguine (or pasta of choice)
Small head of Broccoli, cut into florets
350g-500g uncooked prawns
1 small red onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced chilli (optional)
100g pine nuts
1 tablespoon oil
½ cup white wine (or water)
½ cup cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh Dill to garnish
Pan fry onion, garlic and chilli in a little oil.
Add prawn meat, broccoli pieces,

, wine and cream - simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Toss in most of the pine nuts and season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
Cook and drain the pasta of your choice, mix with sauce and serve, garnished with extra pine nuts and a sprinkling of chopped fresh dill.
