Chunky Pizza

  • Serves 4
  • Hint: You can use Copperpot Chunky Basil with Cashew & Parmesan with a pesto twist as alternative base spreads for your pizza.

Chunky Pizza

  • 1 x large Pizza base (prepared base or thick large pita breads)
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • 1 x 200g container Copperpot Chunky Red Pepper with Cashew & Parmesan
  • Sliced Kalamata olives
  • Good handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 100g Attiki Fetta
  • 200g Sweet potato diced & parboiled
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Spread Copperpot Chunky dip over pizza base.
  • Sprinkle with half of the grated mozzarella cheese and then top with sliced onion, olives, spinach, Fetta and sweet potato.
  • Cover with remaining cheese and cook in pre-heated oven at 200-220°C for 10-12 minutes.
